Pizza Pala, France sur Villeurbanne

Incomplete order on a pizza (one ingredient), I send a satisfaction return email, no action from the store. OK domino Update September 2024, even 5 years later it's still not TOP. I miss Domino's from 10 years ago. It was much better, too bad...

I am really surprised by the negative reviews and firstly surprised by my feelings for a channel. I come every Friday and I want to emphasize how super nice and warm all the staff are! But also the quality of service! Because as far as I'm concerned, every week they respect my order as best as possible so that the pizza meets my request as closely as possible. Customization, shaping the dough the way I like it, soft, puffy, thick! Generous on the toppings, then yes the taste of the ingredients can be more pronounced and of better quality in artisanal pizzerias but let's be honest, we know that when we go to a chain, the prices are lower than in artisanal pizzerias so the food is surely of "less good quality" but for all that it remains very good! So personally, the price is very fair for the product! And I repeat, always extremely pleasant staff, super commercial and who respect requests as best as possible. And that, every time I come. I have a pizzeria 10m from my house and I much prefer to drive 15 minutes to get my pizzas from them for all these reasons. So sincerely, I really recommend this place :) A big thank you to the Friday team, you are great!
