We had a very good meal, but we were disappointed by the atmosphere among the staff, with occasional rudeness that could be heard in the dining room. We found the waiter at the front of house to be unfriendly, both with the customers and even with his colleagues.

Marine, our waitresses, was amazing! The food was fabulous and service even better! If you are in Deauville, do not miss this restaurant!! If you are an American they are extremely gracious and kind.

Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't know how to handle customer traffic; it's become unbearable. You have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a takeaway pizza, even in peak season. It's better to just give up and go elsewhere. Why don't they simply refuse takeaway pizzas? One might think their strategy is to discourage this type of customer! It's ridiculous; they should have a clear strategy. Disappointing! Especially since the pizzas are expensive.

We went there for lunch the first time and everything was perfect: a very warm welcome, an excellent meal, we were delighted. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the following evening.
However, this second visit was a little disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we were seated in a small corner of a table where we were quite cramped. The waitress, Marine I believe, was very friendly and did her best, but she was clearly overwhelmed. The meal was still very good, but it was very hot in the dining room and our seat wasn't comfortable.
Overall, a very good place, but the experience can vary greatly depending on when you visit.
