In the heart of the market, on a wide avenue bustling with people strolling, customers know each other and greet one another—yes, it still exists: a place where you stop for a drink but also where you visit Patricia. And if you sometimes wait five minutes, which is perfectly normal, it's because the service is attentive and professional. Thank you, Patricia, for putting so much heart into it!

Thanks to Pat and Nicole, the only authentic bar in Hyères that reminds me of the deep Ardèche where customers know each other and where the owner, not the waitress, calls you by your first name, an atmosphere that is unfortunately disappearing... Ber.
