The person who seems to manage the restaurant doesn't seem to care much about making you make unnecessary trips. A notification about order refusal due to a surge in orders would be helpful instead of disabling the link between the restaurant and the website without informing customers. Everything seemed normal when you paid. However, they'll blame you for things you didn't say. That said, the restaurant offers decent pizzas, but the prices are very high for the quality. I've noticed this when I go to other pizzerias. If you don't receive a refusal email, and you don't get a confirmation email within 5 minutes, assume the order is refused. For appetizers, remember to check that the sauces are included.

Delivered to the Lactalis factory. Excellent service on the phone, very friendly person who provided helpful information. Fast service and delivery, and the delivery person was also very friendly. The Mielleuse pizza was delicious, and the ingredients were excellent. Thank you to the Pizza Family team for your service; I will gladly order from you again next time I'm in the area.

I tried calling you several times this weekend, but no one answered. It was my daughter's birthday, and I wanted to order 16 mega pizzas, as I usually do for my events, because your pizzas are excellent. Unfortunately, after more than 30 minutes of persistent calls, there was no answer, no response. The lack of professionalism is truly disappointing. The person on the other end of the phone isn't answering, and there's nothing I can do... I'm very disappointed.

We had the Tuesday special, an extra large Hawaiian pizza for 10.90! The pizza was excellent and we were able to share it, unlike the restaurant we went to the other night that required that we each had to order a pizza which meant that we wasted a lot of food.
