Pizza Time's sur Serris

After the restaurant in Pontault-Combault, now the one in Serris is here for me—it's deliberate! I ordered wings, and this is what I got: a mixture of some kind of breaded, slimy chicken, which I hate. I should have checked my order and simply refused it! Really unprofessional.

It's really good, it's cool! I met the owner, his name is Mohamed. He's really nice. He gives great service to customers, especially the pizza dough, it's so, so good!

Top-notch Delicious and generously topped pizzas. The staff is super friendly 👍 Buy one get one free pizza.

Very long wait for a salad. No dressing. In short, average.

Delicious pizzas!! Highly recommended for a great price. There aren't many tables available, but many people come to takeout. It's also nice that the restaurant opens earlier than many others (7 p.m.).

Delicious pizza, good price and ingredients

We order regularly when we're craving a good pizza. However, it's sad and clear that for some time now, customer service has been seriously lacking. We usually order by phone, and the person taking the order then gives us a preparation time. It turns out that the last three or four times we've gone in person to pick up our order, it hasn't been ready. It's understandable that there might be a slightly busier evening than the others, and we're not 10 minutes behind schedule. But it's becoming routine and therefore annoying. Not to mention the young women often tasked with greeting and handling customers at the counter, who are often unfriendly. Perhaps some recruitment criteria should be reviewed! The quality of the pizzas remains good despite everything.

Pizza with good value for money

Ordered pizzas by phone. The woman told us the pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived at the specified time, the woman was unfriendly, and we noticed that the order hadn't been placed. We waited 15 minutes on the spot. Good pizzas, as usual.
