Unlike other escape rooms, this one requires an adult to stay with the participants, even if it's a group of teenagers (it would be good to let them know in advance for organizational purposes). Leaving the group stuck for 10 minutes without any guidance is not ideal! I won't be booking this one again.

The staff and facilities are adequate. Prices and hygiene are good, except perhaps for the men's restrooms. However, the music is far too loud, especially for a children's area. The space is also very reverberant, so announcements are difficult to understand even at high volumes.

I'm going to talk mainly about the play area reserved for 0-3 year olds. We were there with a baby who can't walk yet, and we were very disappointed. Paying for something that's disappointing. The plastic slide and playhouse were broken. There was no gate to close off the play area. The barrier was half falling down. There was no ball pit. So, for a baby who can't walk, no thank you.

July 2025... First Monday of the summer school holidays. The waiters and waitresses were incredibly kind and always smiling 😃 The manager was fantastic, very customer-oriented. We spent an hour on the trampoline, and since the laser tag was still busy, she gave us 30 minutes free. Amazing! For a first visit, it was a success, we'll be back. Thank you team! August 2026... uh, it's really a shame, everything can change in a year. The manager was very courteous. At 6:30 pm, they were out of charcuterie boards (I think the complex closes at 10 pm). I suggested the manager go get some from Hyper U... the response was inappropriate and, above all, unprofessional. I know it's difficult to recruit competent staff, but when you're dealing with the public, you should know a few basic rules of etiquette. This is really disappointing.

Nice arcade with quite a bit of entertainment. Trampoline jumping, bowling, and a number of other games. €4.50 for a 33cl cola is a bit on the steep side, though.

Great place. However, it was infested with fleas, so be careful. I hope they fix the problem very quickly.

I really appreciate the activities offered at B'est, as well as the staff, who are generally smiling and friendly. However, I unfortunately have to point out several negative points I observed today... €5.50 for the activity area for 0-3 year olds, for only 1 hour. Given the price, one would legitimately expect a suitable and well-maintained facility. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed when we saw the space... Several points particularly struck me: 1. A very small space 2. A clear lack of cleanliness 3. A layout that doesn't seem suitable for 0-3 year olds At this age, children put a lot of things in their mouths. It therefore seems essential to me that the surfaces and equipment be cleaned very regularly. However, the state of cleanliness I observed today clearly left much to be desired. A quick sweep and regular cleaning of the space would seem absolutely essential! Regarding the nets, those intended for toddlers seem to be almost the same size as those used for older children, since the same equipment has been installed. As a result, young children can easily get a foot, a hand, or even an arm caught in the mesh, and short of entering the structure, there's no way to secure the situation. I don't find this sufficiently safe for children aged 0 to 3. Similarly, some passageways were much too wide for this age group. Ultimately, I found that some of the facilities designed for older children (under 12) were paradoxically more suitable and safer: whether it was certain climbing structures or nets equipped with a beam, making it easier to cross. I find this really disappointing, because the activities offered are interesting and the staff is pleasant. But considering the price charged, I think a space intended for 0-3 year olds should be better maintained, designed for their size and development, and above all, made safer accordingly!

Fantastic, we had a great time as a family. Everything was perfect from beginning to end.
