Excellent from start to finish. My wife and I ate at Le Saint Georges and the experience was simply perfect. The lapin à la moutarde was spectacular: tender, juicy meat with a rich, well-blended sauce, accompanied by homemade fries and a fresh salad that perfectly balanced the dish. For dessert, an impeccable crème brûlée, creamy on the inside and with just the right amount of crunchy caramel. One to remember. Attentive and friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere, and honest, well-prepared, and flavorful cuisine. A restaurant that's a pleasure to visit and one we will undoubtedly return to.
