Excellent value for money, the calf's head was perfect. You must come to Saulxures to taste the cuisine of a true Geromois. Hats off!

What a pleasant surprise it was to find this restaurant in the middle of a trip without a specific destination. The food was wonderful and the service was more than special. The person who served us was extremely friendly, despite our mix-ups with the drinks and food. There were so many good options on the menu that we changed our orders a few times. In the end, we chose it as the best lunch of our vacation. We highly recommend it!!

A wonderful meal for my mother's 70th birthday! The staff were lovely, the welcome was fantastic, and the food was delicious, even the children's menu with its generous portions. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
