Pizzeria La Bonne Mère sur Marseille

21/02/2026: Despite arriving late, just before closing time, we received a warm welcome. The daily oven-baked dish was truly delicious: three-cheese ravioli au gratin. The Margherita pizza was also very good. The portions were generous, enough to leave us satisfied with just dessert with the bill, all topped off with a smile from the waitress and the owners busy at work in front of the large wood-fired oven. Not forgetting the complimentary grappa to aid digestion and fuel us for exploring Marseille on foot. An experience to repeat, this restaurant is located about fifty meters from the Old Port, very close to Marseille's City Hall and at the foot of the famous Panier district.

30/01/2026: Fantastic experience from start to finish! The restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is truly delightful. You can tell that everything is done with care and passion. Special mention to Nathalie, who was simply lovely: attentive, caring, smiling, and incredibly kind. Her welcome and service really made all the difference and made the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it 100% and I will definitely be back!
