The pizzas are very good and generously topped with quality ingredients; the best pizza in the area for this price range. Be aware, however, that it's significantly more expensive than other pizzas in the area, so if you're in a large group, you'll need to budget accordingly. And during peak season, expect a wait, even for takeout, even if you arrive on time. Afterwards, you can always order a beer while you wait!

Once you've tasted a pizza from La Fringale, you can't go anywhere else. Except maybe to Italy. It's excellent, never disappointed, and the team is fantastic!

We came with three children one evening in August and ordered four pizzas to share and drinks for everyone. The waiter told us we had to pay a €7 cover charge for the child who wasn't ordering a full pizza. Outrageous. It's a real shame because the pizzas are very good.

It looks like a simple pizza, but it is high-quality. Traditionally ground with a millstone, this T80 (farine de meule) flour. This preserves the healthy oils and wheat germ better than modern industrial steel rollers, resulting in a beautiful light brown color and light fermentation. Great taste. This pizzeria is a rare find. Friendly service and people; it can get busy due to takeout orders, but your patience is rewarded with a tasty pizza.
