La Nouvelle Auberge

13/03/2026: After a long break from the new inn 😔, it's still just as good. The homemade foie gras was excellent. The main course was superb (three choice cuts of lamb) and the orange dessert was refreshing, a perfect balance of bitterness and freshness. The wine pairings were perfect. I highly recommend it.
23/02/2026: We have a wonderful time every time we return, from the warm welcome to the after-dinner drink; everything is impeccable. The dishes are visually stunning, and the flavors are incredibly precise. You can feel the chef's passion in the kitchen and the professionalism in the dining room. A rare find where you feel comfortable and pampered. Thank you.
