24/03/2024: Brasserie whose conviviality is felt as soon as you open the door and a waiter welcomes you. Sunday 2 p.m. and welcomed with a smile 😊 Friendly staff, pleasant decor, delicious dishes, desserts and drinks. Address to remember in the town center of Schirmeck after visiting the Alsace Moselle memorial.
17/02/2024: You should think about changing the cooking oil and perhaps use a quality oil. Little flexibility in a request to modify the dish despite a restaurant with few visitors Too bad the setting is friendly and well appointed.

31/03/2024: We came back😀😀 As I mentioned in my previous message Thank you for your welcome and your always delicious cuisine 👍 What more can I say than everything is good🤣🤣 Sole. And its support cream escalope with a sauce, a killing and its accompaniment and above all, especially the dessert🍰 Let yourself be tempted, you will not be disappointed See you soon THANKS
