We were seated comfortably on a small balcony overlooking the Sèvre Nantaise river, facing Clisson Castle, and enjoyed an exceptional dinner. The pastilla was excellent. The welcome was warm; the owner took the time to greet us and tell us about Clisson, her restaurant, her dishes, and many other topics. The restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star, but it certainly deserves one. A wonderful discovery, an evening we will remember. Thank you for this magical moment.

Certainly one of the best French restaurants I've tried, and reasonably priced. My only slight complaint was the overly enthusiastic service from some of the staff.

A truly delightful surprise! The setting is magnificent, and the service is excellent. The chef, his wife, and their staff are very welcoming. And the food? Refined cuisine served on beautiful plates. I highly recommend making a slight detour to visit this wonderful establishment located opposite Clisson Castle. A real gem!

Contrary to what I've read in other reviews, the welcome and service from those who seem to be in charge of the establishment were icy cold. While the location, the view, and the food are excellent, I find it a shame that all I remember is the poor service. It's a prime example of how to ruin what could have been a perfect experience. A smile, good humor, and empathy are essential parts of good service. Clearly, they haven't been taught these skills.

We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant staff and had a lovely time celebrating our grandmother's birthday. The food was excellent and gourmet.

A huge congratulations to the entire team at this wonderful restaurant. We had an incredible romantic dinner in the little alcove overlooking the water. The menu makes you want to try everything, but we had to make some choices. We were never disappointed; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! First, the presentation was stunning, and our taste buds tingled with delight—it was so excellent! The service was warm and attentive. A truly memorable place that we will return to with immense pleasure.

A wonderful experience at the restaurant in the valley where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The service was excellent, the waiters and waitresses were very pleasant, and the timing between courses was perfect. And the view over the town of Clisson was stunning! We highly recommend it!

Beautiful place, but when it's crowded, it's difficult to have a conversation. The food was good, but barely warm. It was the end of the season; perhaps it was time for the holidays.
