15/08/2026: Perhaps we simply caught them on an off night? Judging by the numerous positive reviews, it seems like a good brasserie. Unfortunately, we weren't lucky enough to have the same experience. The dry-aged beef was nothing special in terms of flavor and had a very high fat content. The burger was decent, but the bun was dry, thick, and didn't seem to match the five-grain brioche bun advertised on the menu. It all came with fries that we found particularly greasy. We might go back to give it another try… but not right away, as we need time to digest the bill, which seemed high considering our experience.
