For your information, I'm in a wheelchair. I came twice this week to train. I also tried the leisure pool and the water park 😜. All the staff are polite, kind, and professional. They react quickly to unforeseen situations, whether in the pool or the ice rink. The first time, the cashier forgot to tell me that the sports pool closes at 1:45 pm and closes at 5 pm for school groups who arrive at 2 pm on weekdays during the school term, not on weekends or holidays. So, I cut my session short and finished in the leisure pool where the water was warmer and more pleasant for a different kind of recovery, and the water park is the ultimate in relaxation 😅 🤩. The lap pool is cooler, which is normal. It's worth noting that their lap pool is warmer than some pools in other cities where staying still to recover or catch your breath is difficult; it gets cold quickly if you don't move. I didn't experience that during either of my two sessions, so that was great. The second time was perfect. I completed my entire workout, just like the first time, under the watchful eye of the responsive lifeguards. Both times, the facilities were clean. I explored all the accessible areas of the complex in my wheelchair and tried the accessible restrooms in different locations. They were very clean and smelled nice 😉, which was pleasant 🤗. We booked for my daughter's birthday. It was magnificent, from start to finish. The lifeguard, the other staff members, and Mr. Nicolas were all very attentive to our group. Thank you so much! The cake was delicious. There was sparkling apple juice, drinks, and candy for each child. It's a fantastic concept! The children asked to come back.

It would be helpful to indicate the days and times of peak traffic so that we can best plan our visit, thank you.

We received a fantastic welcome from the staff on Sunday morning, January 25th. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and for that reason alone, I signed up for a year at this wonderful establishment. Thank you again to them!

I love this place, I've been going there since I was little. I'm a little sad about Luddyboo closing to open an ice rink, but it means everyone can enjoy it.

First time as a family; the staff is friendly and polite; it's very much appreciated. That evening, there were lots of young, fast skaters, but it wasn't a problem at all; it was even fun to watch! The skating and snack bar were well organized!

Great welcome, spotless pool, very clean changing rooms and very affordable prices. I haven't tried the ice rink yet, hoping not to be disappointed.

Given the pool closure until January, will memberships be suspended and not charged? Thank you.
