The ice rink has fun and original features like a light tunnel and a ramp, but they take up a lot of space on a rink that isn't very large to begin with. Another major drawback is the quality of the ice; in the early afternoon it's just snow. There was a glimmer of hope when they brought out the ice resurfacer, but unfortunately, it doesn't resurface the ice (which is quite damaged and full of holes from our freestyle beginners' tricks), it just sweeps away the snow.

From the cleanliness to the excellent staff, the resort is a success! I highly recommend it.

Today at Plein Oxygène in the 77 (Seine-et-Marne department), I unfortunately forgot my handbag containing my car key, some cash, a €300 holiday voucher, and my phone. A cleaning staff member found it and immediately returned it to reception. Everything was intact. I want to emphasize the remarkable seriousness, honesty, and professionalism of the cleaning staff. In a public place, this is rare and deserves to be commended. A big thank you to the team. I highly recommend this establishment.

The aquagym and aquabike classes are great. The instructors are super energetic. A lovely atmosphere.

We celebrated my son's 11th birthday this weekend! It was absolutely fantastic! Beyond my expectations! I've celebrated his birthdays every year in different places, but this is the first time I've had such well-organized and professional care! It gave me complete peace of mind for the rest of the day. From the moment we arrived until the very end, the staff was there and incredibly attentive! Thank you again! Ethan and his friends were thrilled! 🥰

Good evening, Last year there was a bench press, but it's no longer there. Could you replace it? The lat pulldown bar is also missing. It would be good to have it replaced. A little disappointed about these things, otherwise everything is perfect, the staff is very attentive and pleasant.

For my son's 10th birthday, we decided to celebrate at the Plaine Oxygène swimming pool, a first for us. My son and his friends were so happy… 2 hours in the pool, 1 hour for snacks, 3 hours of pure joy. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of immediately, with a private pool reserved for the birthday party only for an hour, followed by another hour in the other pools. The staff was very attentive and always eager to please. Sweets, cake, drinks… everything was there to ensure a truly enjoyable time. We appreciated every little touch; we were even very touched. A big thank you also to the mascot, whom we really enjoyed. The children were shy at first but quickly relaxed and started posing for photos. Everything was truly perfect for a memorable experience, and thank you to the team for contributing to it ❤️, and thank you Mr. Nicolas as well. Luckily we didn't pay attention to the bad reviews; it was unforgettable, we'll be back…
