Plaine Oxygene sur Le Mesnil-Amelot

We had a wonderful time at the pool with my son. The pool is very clean and the pools are really lovely. The only slight drawback concerns elevator access for people with reduced mobility. I asked to use it, but I quickly realized, from the look on the hostess's face, that it was going to be a real hassle for her. She suggested I ask her colleagues to help me up the stairs. No thanks, I found that a bit humiliating. I think it would be important to make this access simpler and faster, both for people with reduced mobility and for mothers with babies, as the stairs can be dangerous and difficult for some people.

We come here from time to time with my grandchildren. Just one small detail: people throwing balls at each other. It's not always pleasant to get hit by one, especially for the little ones.

The maintenance team was fantastic, they found my phone and armbands, honestly, nothing to complain about, absolutely top-notch!

A nice complex, provided you don't run into a small group who, claiming to be regulars, try to privatize swimming lanes by asking you to go elsewhere...

The reception and maintenance staff were pleasant, available, and welcoming.

Thank you so much to the whole team for their very friendly and professionalism. I left my handbag in a changing room. It was found by the cleaning lady who took it to reception for safekeeping. A huge thank you to her again. Someone even came to tell me in the pool area to reassure me. We had a wonderful time!

We only tried the ice rink... the staff were welcoming and the rink is quite large. We had a very good time at Plaine Oxygène.

A very good experience at the La Plaine Oxygène swimming pool in Mesnil-Amelot. The staff are really friendly, professional, and do their job very well. The lifeguards are also excellent: present, attentive, and serious in their supervision. I lost some belongings there, and thanks to their vigilance and professionalism, they were quickly found. It's reassuring to see such a caring and dedicated team. Thank you again to the whole team for their help and kindness. I highly recommend it!
