Very good fast food, the waiter was very pleasant, as was the manager. And the waitress Nour was very smiley and friendly.

A huge thank you to Lisa for her wonderful welcome! She was able to speak to us in Spanish and English without any problem, was always smiling and incredibly welcoming – I loved the service.

Overall, it's really great! However, a couple of things could be improved: - No napkins with the trays - The horse was very popular - The drinks weren't cold enough But otherwise, it's really good, I recommend it!

Very good burger, I really liked the cheddar and bacon sauce pots for dipping. Very good fries. Very good white chocolate cookies. Friendly and welcoming staff. I recommend it.

The food is absolutely great! Tasty, completely different experience (various sauces and extras to personalise your burger). Obviously, the place is full, so waiting time is long. Difficult to find a place to sit. So, we preferred to take away and eat calmly in the hotel.

Spacious fast food restaurant with a terrace. Friendly, quick, and efficient staff. Good value for money. The original smash burger is very good. The bun is very soft. The two smashed patties are incredible. It could have used a touch more salt. The curly fries are nice and crispy. The portions are generous. Price: around €10-15 per meal I recommend it! I went to Bill's Burger in Châtelet today. Nothing to complain about, except that it's very small and noisy. Otherwise, I recommend it; the food is good quality and the service is quite fast.
