We were disappointed by the linguine Bolognese; it was too spicy and the portion was smaller compared to our visit in February. The restaurant wasn't heated enough.

I didn't want to leave a review, but since I've received several requests to do so… Food: very average, bland, no quality ingredients. Service: very limited, unqualified, unfriendly staff, no offer of anything like bread, water, etc. Atmosphere: nonexistent. In short, it's okay if you have nothing else to eat, otherwise, don't choose this place.

07/01/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and restaurant...the rooms are comfortable, the welcome was very pleasant with smiling and friendly staff, and the restaurant was fantastic!! Perfect service and delicious food!!

08/06/2025: This establishment was a wonderful discovery for us, who were just passing through to explore the historic sites of Verdun. The cuisine is refined and carefully prepared. The vegetables are to die for, a welcome change from the usual fries and rice. The gourmet coffee is very delicious, and the crème brûlée is very creamy. We were warmly welcomed, and the decor is quite pleasant. I recommend this unassuming establishment, located on the roadside in the hills above Verdun. Go there with your eyes closed.
