Belle decouverte. Petit restaurant loin du quartier touristique et un peu bruyant de Rouen. Très bonne cuisine maison avec produits de saison. Beaucoup de goûts dans l'assiette. Service midi rapide très apprécié Nous reviendrons

21/09/2024: We stayed in Rouen for 2 nights and we ate at Chez Pascaline both evenings. We had been touring France for 2 weeks and Chez Pascaline was THE BEST restaurant we had eaten during our entire visit. It was also the best value. The food was really excellent quality and the staff were so friendly. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.
20/09/2024: Most of the menu items are delicious at reasonable prices! In particular, the sauce aux poivres pepper sauce that you can choose when ordering steak frites is super delicious… The restaurant is always crowded, but the servers are all friendly even though they are busy. The plating and restaurant atmosphere are also pretty, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is sightseeing in Rouen!!
