A fantastic place to spend a great evening with friends or family! The bowling alley is modern, the lanes are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly. There are also plenty of other activities like karaoke, billiards, and arcade games, offering something for everyone. The staff is welcoming and the service is efficient. I highly recommend PopKfé in Nancy for a relaxing and fun time!

I came to Pop Kfé with a friend, and unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to our expectations. The wait to be served was particularly long. I had ordered a frappé latte, but I was served an iced latte. When I pointed this out to the server, he insisted they were the same thing and behaved in a way I found unpleasant. An iced latte is a coffee with milk served with ice cubes, while a frappé latte is a blended drink with a thicker, frothy texture. They are two different drinks. I was also surprised to hear this same server openly criticizing his employer and the establishment's menu in front of other customers. I find this unprofessional. The café's concept is appealing, but the service definitely needs improvement. Better training for the team on the menu and products offered, as well as on customer relations, would be a real plus.

A superb time spent in a small group. After a very warm and friendly welcome, we were able to enjoy clean and well-maintained facilities. Besides bowling, there are other equally enjoyable attractions. I also recommend checking out the quiz room. In short, a Gers native had a great time. Thanks again.

We had a great experience at the arcade machines this Sunday afternoon. All the staff members we encountered were very welcoming.

The atmosphere is nice 🍨 The security guy, okay, he does his job, but he's still a bit much with his attitude, practically throwing people out and acting all high and mighty. He's way too much of a "do as I say and shut up" kind of guy, but it doesn't work with me. Respect is fine, but not aggressively. The meals are too expensive for what they offer. This is our third time here. And? I don't know if we'll ever come back 😆

Hind was absolutely lovely, always smiling and very professional. She gave us excellent advice, took the time to explain everything, and suggested new menu options. The food was delicious, piping hot, and everything was perfect. Thank you so much, Hind, for the wonderful service!
