Apart from one older female employee, the staff are very unfriendly. Paying customers are snapped at if they don't order in French. They are disrespectful and absolutely not customer-oriented.

Very warm welcome, good service, dynamic team and always with a smile.

The staff is very responsive and friendly; even during the Saint Nicholas rush, they find solutions. Regarding the food, it's a chain, so the quality is comparable to other Poulaillon restaurants. But it's still good.

I just went to the bakery, and the service from a man named David was disastrous. He didn't respect the queue set up by the bakery. After I pointed it out, he started sighing because the customer after me was served and paid before me.

Fast service, positive atmosphere; my husband and I would like to express our appreciation for the service once again. The pretzel burgers were good, as was the pastry.
