I had the chance to discover Poulaillon once I settled in Mulhouse and I was completely satisfied, the products offered are of exceptional quality whether it is the bread, the pastries or the cakes as for the staff they are lovely and welcoming.

The welcome was great; however, the mille-feuille was not fresh at all. It was more like layers of wallpaper, stacked on top of each other, with layers of paint in between.

Great bakery, very welcoming, excellent value for money. Perfect place to grab a bite when you're feeling peckish. The only downside is the noise in the arcade, not ideal for relaxing during your lunch break; takeaway is preferable.

Hello, nice welcome at the checkout but the ordering system for 3 mini Moricettes was useless, we had already eaten and were still waiting for the mini Moricettes, dirty table, no one came to clean it, very disappointed

04/01/2026: Honestly, I'd love to find a fault, but in vain. Everything was perfect. I was there on January 3, 2025, at 3 p.m., and the two servers were quick, efficient, and very kind. Well done to them!
