Honestly, I'd love to find a fault, but in vain. Everything was perfect. I was there on January 3, 2025, at 3 p.m., and the two servers were quick, efficient, and very kind. Well done to them!

Super welcoming team. Clean and hygienic. Various pastries and viennoiseries are sooo good. The sandwiches are excellent. I highly recommend them.

I stopped by Le Poulaillon today around 4:30 pm with a friend and was lucky enough to be served at the ice cream stand by an incredible saleswoman: Regina. She didn't just do her job; she literally lit up the moment. With her genuine smile and natural kindness, she transforms a simple ice cream into a true moment of happiness. You can tell she does it with heart, which is rare and precious. She's attentive, gentle, exemplarily polite, and above all, she has that little something that makes people happy without them even realizing it. Bravo to her, and thank you, Regina, for making my visit so enjoyable! 💕
