We ate very well, however, we had to deal with a waitress (tall brunette), who was very unfriendly.

Excellent spot in Rixheim! Whether it's bread, pastries, or Moricette® biscuits, everything is fresh and delicious. The quality is top-notch, and there's a wide variety to choose from. The welcome is warm, and the service is efficient. A bakery-restaurant I highly recommend.

I wanted to leave this review after seeing several negative comments regarding the staff's friendliness. Personally, every time I visit Poulaillon Rixheim, I receive a very warm welcome. The products are high quality, the team is friendly, attentive, and always does its best to satisfy customers. I think it's important to remember that everyone can have a bad day, and that this doesn't call into question the competence or quality of the service provided. One isolated incident shouldn't define the work of an entire team. In any case, my experience has always been positive, and I will continue to shop with pleasure.

Before leaving Alsace, I stop in Rixheim to stock up on mirabelle plum, damson plum, rhubarb, and blueberry tarts. Whether I get pretzels, sandwiches, or something else, it's always excellent quality. This year I bought a brown torch hat... a pure delight! Thanks to the young man who served me; he was shy but very attentive.

A very welcoming bakery and tea room with a slightly retro decor. The bread is baked in a wood-fired oven.

The problem is that the baguettes aren't crispy, but otherwise everything else is good.

An extended coffee and a chocolate croissant every morning at 5 a.m., but I wonder if a 24/7 opening would be a good idea with Audrey and Gilla serving.

Excellent bakery. Fast service and friendly staff. The daily specials are hearty, tasty, and very reasonably priced.
