I love their anti-waste offer at €3.50, it's great! Their sandwiches are super. I'd just like a little smile, to dedicate a bit more time to their customers. I know your job isn't easy, but if you love your job, smile! There are people who don't even choose their profession; it's imposed on them. If you didn't choose it, too bad. Keep smiling anyway; it brings a little smile, even to customers who need it. And maybe seeing us smile will make you smile too.

I just read some of the comments, and frankly, I think some people should think twice before posting certain comments. Poulaillon is a perfect place to treat yourself, take your time, and relax for some, or take a quick break and grab a bite to eat for others. We mustn't forget that there are people who find it "funny" to damage the equipment provided to them FREE OF CHARGE or to disrespect public spaces (why do you think some establishments charge for access to amenities!) Also, a minimum of tolerance towards the staff who prepare sandwiches, salads, pastries, wash dishes, clean, and serve customers. I think that if a smile isn't on their faces, it's up to us to give them back (the smile) by remaining cheerful and courteous ourselves. Smile and thank you, so far, it hasn't cost us anything 😉
