I went to the Poulaillon this afternoon, I took a chocolate chip Swiss but it was filled with ants... so I brought it back to the cashier, the saleswoman was very sorry for the situation and therefore offered me something else thing. I'm not asking for a refund or anything but just maybe to cover your products so that it doesn't happen again. I worked in a bakery and I know that this is not easy, so I am not criticizing but to be more careful in the future.

We came to discover this city and out of curiosity chose this little store and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent quality of the brasserie, very calm and relaxing setting for lunch, very warm decoration and very friendly service. So far, my curiosity has given me a great time.

We usually go there on Wednesday lunchtime, because we love the macaroons there. Usually nothing to say, great service, very nice employee. On the other hand, this Wednesday, July 3, we were very disappointed with the behavior. We had the impression of annoying our people, no smiles. On the other hand, when there is a person who knows, it’s a big smile and a laugh. I am in commerce and the basis of commerce is to behave the same with all customers. I hope to meet the other people from last time, two super nice little young people.
