Good morning I go into this Prêt à Manger to order a simple Expresso Macchiato And there, this simple sale turns into an object lesson A barely pubescent teenager explains to me that we don’t say espresso macchiato…it’s either espresso or macchiato Ah good first news!! Response from me “at Starbucks (across the street) we ask for espresso macchiato and we are served” His colleague responds mockingly “Yes, but we’re not at Starbucks here.” So I turned on my heels, crossed the street and went to Starbucks to get an espresso macchiato Conclusion: Please….for a simple coffee, it must not turn into a customer experience where life is explained to you…the customer does not want that For a simple coffee!!!!

I was there on Feb. 25, 2024 and was greeted at the counter by a friendly man. I ordered a Mocha and a chocolate croissant to go. The mocha was sooooo delicious and rich😋😍 and the chocolate croissant was really fresh and delicious, although I found the size of the croissant to be a bit small😅 The place looked clean and very spacious. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Paris!

I had a great experience at Prêt à Manger on Monday March 4th at the end of the evening. The team was great, especially a very friendly and courteous gentleman of about 1m80. The barista was incredibly energetic and fast despite the large number of orders. Best of all, I'll come back as soon as I'm in the area!

I went to several restaurants of the ready to eat group but my attention was caught by this one, in fact I received a very warm welcome this Monday February 26 during the afternoon from a very attentive and very friendly young man. I will definitely come back with great pleasure.

I have been a regular at this place for several years. This place is simply perfect with very kind employees! It’s always a real pleasure to be there whatever the time of day. The food is very good and with a wide choice. Beautiful salads, good sandwiches, tasty soups, fruit. The bread and pastries are very good. The coffee is perfectly prepared by excellent baristas. The smoothies are excellent. …. A very big thank you to the team for their warm welcome 🥰

Prohibit the use of computers from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., so you cannot consult your PC during your lunch break like in any other place.

C'est censé ouvrir à 7h30, or on voit régulièrement le personnel boire son café à 7h30 portes closes. Il faudrait penser à réajuster les horaires sur 8h ou que les salaries arrivent plus tôt pour prendre leur café... Manque de correction envers les clients.
