As a long-time loyal customer, I recently went to Bouillon Mantes and, as usual, it was truly excellent! The quality of the food is top-notch and the atmosphere remains friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Laurent, the manager, for his consistently excellent service. I highly recommend Les Coulisses!

16/07/2026: An enchanting place with warm and welcoming decor. A charming, shabby-chic, "English" atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. A lovely selection of drinks and homemade pastries. Impeccable service at very reasonable prices. I will be back. EDIT: I've been back several times since my first review and I'd like to add that the service is still just as pleasant, and the savory dishes are generous and well-prepared.
