I had a very good experience at this tobacconist near Porte d'Orléans. The place is clean, well-organized, and easy to access. The staff is welcoming, polite, and always ready to help customers with a smile. The service is quick, even when it's busy, which is much appreciated in this neighborhood. You can find everything you need: tobacco, drinks, snacks, and several other useful everyday items. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the shop is well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, and the staff remains professional with all customers. It's a convenient shop for both locals and those just passing through. I particularly appreciated the respect and kindness of the staff, as well as the quality of the service provided. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable tobacconist with a warm welcome and efficient service in Paris. I will gladly return.

I come here almost every day, whether for my morning coffee or sometimes a drink at the end of the day, and the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. A special mention goes to the morning waitress, who is consistently kind and brings my coffee with a smile every day. I'd also like to respond to a negative comment about the sliding door. Regular customers know very well that when you block the door with a chair by sitting near the glass, it simply can't open and gets stuck! It's therefore quite unfair to blame this woman and the establishment for it. I think it's a shame to leave reviews that don't reflect reality, especially when you know the impact it can have. Otherwise, it's a valuable neighborhood spot, with a solid team, reliable service all day and into the evening, and it deserves to be recognized.

The price is reasonable, although it's possible to find cheaper options nearby, or more substantial breakfasts for a slightly higher price. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which makes for a pleasant experience. The quality of the food isn't exceptional, but it's perfectly adequate for this type of breakfast. We didn't have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner there. However, looking at the menu, we found the prices particularly high. For example, the cheapest pizza, a Margherita, was around €19. In short, it's a decent place to have a drink, take a break, or enjoy a simple breakfast. On the other hand, for lunch or dinner, it is probably possible to find establishments in the vicinity offering better value for money.
