Update 1 year after my previous 5-star review: It had been a few months since our last visit due to our move. We were very excited about the opportunity to return, and we even invited a friend over to show her our old favorite spot! This is just to say that this comes from a good place and isn't simply a complaint. The menu has changed, and there aren't many focaccia options anymore. We initially found this very disappointing. But rest assured, there's a menu of other dishes for those who are curious. We didn't try it ourselves because we had already ordered focaccia. When we arrived, we were told that our two focaccia choices were no longer available, explaining that it was a new menu... on a Wednesday evening. Drastically reducing the possibilities. It should be noted that our choices involved products already present on the old menu, but that's beside the point. (One of them was the deliciosa, for example. The focaccias were completely different from what they used to be. The texture, the taste, it was totally different. You raised the prices, and that's commendable. If it helps the restaurant stay afloat, we're happy to pay and will still come back if the quality is there. However, the experience was quite different once the dishes were on the table: The focaccias were larger, but it seemed the toppings hadn't increased with the size of the bread. The flavors were gone; it was dry, even with peaches or other ingredients, which wasn't the case before. There was very little cheese, whereas we have very fond memories of the base of the old ones, which perhaps counteracted the dryness of the bread. In any case, we didn't get the impression that it was dry before. Furthermore, increasing the amount of bread is very filling. Which isn't pleasant. It was initially a great compromise for coming several times a month for lunch, getting a light meal to last the day without spending too much. The starters were nice, but nothing special. We didn't try the new dishes, so I can't comment on them. I didn't want to change my opinion in the first place. I would have preferred to keep the original review, and, for common sense, we preferred to discuss it in person when we left that same evening. It seems that this wasn't really taken into account by the waitress, who politely replied that everyone has different tastes. There's no hard feelings, but we liked coming regularly when we lived nearby; we also used to get sandwiches when we didn't have time, etc. Perhaps we just caught them on an off day, perhaps the kitchen staff has changed. We understand the new menu, but the focaccia, however large it may be, doesn't really have any... Reasons to change, regardless of the menu, I think. These are our opinions, and perhaps we're the only ones, but we still wanted to share them because we were really happy to come to your place when we were in Colmar. Best of luck to you, and we want to emphasize that we've always loved the staff too! It was great! Well priced and good portions. We had a reservation which helped as some people were turned away for dinner. Drinks, food, and dessert were all very good. The restaurant is quite small and had a different vibe than expected, but overall it was great!

Spectacular! A little corner of Alsace where your taste buds will travel to Italy. The pasta is top-notch; you can taste the care they put into every dish.

Cute, small and intimate restaurant with friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The carbonara was very thin and watery, with very little flavor. I’ve had many carbonaras over the years, and this was one of the weakest I’ve tried. The other pasta dish had the same issue. It wasn’t watery, but it was very bland and lacked flavor. We also tried two different focaccias, which were okay but also quite plain. It’s a shame because the service and setting were enjoyable, but the food simply didn’t live up to expectations. 2/5.

Small place with some very tasty Italian food. It was quite busy (big table on the terrace) and one of the waitresses had to help in the kitchen, so the only remaining waitress had a hard time, but overall recommended. Some good wines by the glass too.

A wonderful discovery today in Colmar! Tucked away in a quiet corner, this little Italian restaurant/grocery store was a real surprise. The place is charming and intimate, and the welcome was warm. As for the food, everything is of impeccable quality: you can taste the homemade quality, the care, and the passion in every dish. My mother and I had a wonderful time, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Reading some reviews, I was surprised to see some unjustified criticism, particularly about the tiramisu. I didn't try it, but I know that a true tiramisu should have a light, almost mousse-like texture, and not be a solid block of mascarpone. It's a shame to criticize quality work simply because you don't appreciate its subtlety. Special mention also goes to the grocery section, with its appetizing fresh pasta, which I ended up buying to take away. One small drawback: I would have loved to try the pasta in the restaurant, but it did allow me to discover other dishes that I enjoyed just as much. In short, an address I warmly recommend to anyone who appreciates authenticity, quality, and the true taste of Italy!

Everything was impeccable: the food, the welcome, the service, the speed… We were truly impressed by the quality of everything, from start to finish.
