04/03/2026: This restaurant truly gave me a near-Michelin-starred Chinese dining experience. The ambiance was elegant and quiet, with a very sophisticated atmosphere, yet the prices were surprisingly reasonable, and the service was attentive and thoughtful.
The atmosphere here is perfect for a date; the lighting is soft, the space comfortable, and the diners all exude a refined air, creating a subtly elegant "old-money" feel that makes dining very relaxing.
For appetizers, we ordered Thai-style side dishes, which were tangy, spicy, and refreshing—very appetizing; and Cantonese rice noodle rolls, with a delicate and smooth texture, perfectly blending Southeast Asian and Cantonese flavors.
For main courses, we chose sea bass with fermented black beans and roast duck with plum sauce. The sea bass was tender and flavorful, with a rich sauce; the roast duck had crispy skin and fragrant meat, and the plum sauce was a perfect complement, cutting through any richness.
To judge whether a Chinese chef is a master, just order a fried rice. The fried rice here was full of wok hei (the smoky aroma imparted by a hot wok), with each grain distinct—the kind of flavor that truly requires years of experience to achieve.
The final dish, ginger egg custard, was also amazing—smooth, delicate, and a very Cantonese ending. The entire meal, from the ambiance to the food, was impressive and a truly unforgettable dining experience. Thank you again! 🙏 I'll definitely come again next time! No, I'll be back right away!
03/03/2026: This is an amazing Cantonese restaurant on the Champs-Élysées! The food, service, and ambiance are all fantastic 👍 I especially loved the steamed scallops, salt and pepper prawns, eggplant stuffed with shrimp cakes on a hot plate, and the Imperial Concubine's White Cut Chicken! If you only have one chance to eat Cantonese food in Paris, I highly recommend this place!
