Slow service due to the busy evening, otherwise excellent

I came to have a nice time with my family, but I was extremely disappointed. I had to get up three times. I had ordered three children's meals and three regular meals, plus six ice creams, two of which I had marked as "not for later." Imagine my surprise when I found no toys or children on the tray, nor the two ice creams. When I went to get my ice creams, I had ordered an extra King Fusion for €5.30, but they brought me a regular Fusion for €4.20. When I left to complain to the waitress, she said, "Yes, but you've already eaten it." It was very unpleasant and extremely disappointing. You pay more for better ice cream and you get a cheaper one; it's unbelievable! There was also the time I ordered a chicken sandwich, but I got a fish sandwich, and my chili cheeses were extremely dry.

A wonderful experience at the Burger King Drive-Thru in Mably. Served by Melissa, we appreciated her cheerful disposition and smile. She took the time to listen to one of my children's rather laborious order and demonstrated patience and a great sense of humor! There are still some kind and charming people out there, thank you Melissa!

I usually order click and collect because the kiosks in the restaurant are in the middle of a busy area and often there aren't enough of them. Two weeks ago, I placed an order in person. My order showed as ready on the screen, so I asked. The first employee just looked at me and didn't answer. So polite! Then I asked another one who brushed me off, saying it wasn't ready. Like I was bothering her... Tonight, I saw my order was ready on the screen, but I didn't dare ask after what happened last time. After 2-3 minutes, I asked, and the first employee ignored me... then a second one said, "Oh no, we don't call out when click and collect orders are ready because people don't come to pick them up." Great... we're bothering them and on top of that, we're not even worth calling. So professional! It's not my problem if they're overwhelmed. I also work in contact with the public, I would never allow myself to do that (I would have been fired a long time ago…) otherwise, the food is pretty good. Thankfully!
