Nothing to complain about except the waiter who, when giving us our order, told us that logically, we shouldn't go upstairs, even though there were already other people eating there (two tables). So there was no reason to think we shouldn't go, especially since it was quite crowded downstairs for a Sunday evening. Then there were several "slippery" signs, but they weren't very clear. At first, I just assumed it was slippery because someone had spilled something. They should just put up a sign saying "upstairs closed" or a plastic strip across the staircase to physically close it off in that case, but that would be a shame because that's precisely where you'd go to be a bit more peaceful than downstairs, where the children are often... It's a shame to finish your meal feeling rushed because cleaning had already started upstairs at 9:20 pm, even though the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm. I can understand that the staff are getting ahead to go home earlier, but well, they might as well close the restaurant at 9:30 pm in that case (or else clean in the morning, before opening).

No complaints personally, the restaurant is well-run. Quick service, decent food, pleasant staff.

The floor was dirty. The outdoor tables weren't cleaned. On the plus side, the meal was brought back hot, but the sauces and napkins were missing.

A 3/5 rating, because we've been here several times recently and the tables are often not cleaned or are poorly cleaned, and the toilets have an unpleasant odor. Otherwise, it's okay.

A big fan of the Quick brand, and this Barentin location doesn't disappoint. Unlike some competing chains where the flavor is sometimes lacking, here the burgers have real taste and well-defined recipes. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality. It's always a pleasure to stop by for a delicious meal!

Drive-thru order taken at 4:30 PM, served only at 4:55 PM... 25 minutes for a drive-thru? That's ridiculously long! Especially when I see that at KFC, the wait between ordering and receiving your order is less than 5 minutes... This is clearly unacceptable... We go to the drive-thru for speed because we don't have time, but in the end, it was faster inside! Update: There has been an improvement at the drive-thru. It's not perfect yet, but we're seeing an average reduction of 15 minutes between lunch and afternoon. Positive! 👍🏻 I'm upgrading to 4 stars.

I don't understand this wave of bad reviews. We come often and are always served quickly, the staff is polite and friendly, and the portions of cheese and sauce are generous, unlike other places that always charge more for less. It's important to speak up when things aren't going well, but also when everything is going well.

The service was so-so, the sandwiches had no taste, very bland, the fries were white and tasteless.
