Order placed on September 21st at drive-thru #519. We ordered a Giant Mega with two steaks and received a Giant Max with one steak. No one is answering because of the continuous generic message...what are the solutions for having paid for two XL meals when we received a single steak?

McDonald's

07/09/2026: The cleanliness leaves much to be desired!
06/09/2026: I arrived at 11:30 PM, was directed to the first kiosk, and waited for three minutes without a word from the attendant. So I left... I admit I was impatient, but there were absolutely no other customers. I imagine that with a midnight closing time, you were busy stocking up, but it's still surprising for a fast-food restaurant. Three minutes in the dark listening to the engine is already a long time. The least you could have done was tell me to wait and that you'd be back in a few minutes. You did, however, take the trouble to tell me to move on to the next kiosk. Anyway, I'm still giving it three stars for the dozens of times everything went smoothly.

Heroes Coffee

25/08/2026: Takeout on August 25th A very welcoming place. The hamburgers are very generously topped. I'll be back.
11/08/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The welcome is truly excellent; the owner is very welcoming, smiling, and warm. You immediately feel at ease, and it's a real pleasure to receive such pleasant service. The food is good, and the atmosphere is friendly. I highly recommend Heroes Coffee—a great place!
