Yeah... The fries are practically cold. The bread seems to have been baked and cracks when you bite into it. On the other hand, the €4 ice cream is good and a generous portion. As for the service, it's not great either. The waitress calls out the order number and, without a smile, hands it back, and of course, the sauces we ordered and paid for aren't included. In short, not great.

The staff are very friendly, the burgers are high quality, and once I've finished eating, I'm not hungry anymore, unlike at McDonald's where I'm hungry again an hour later. Great place and accessible to everyone.

What a pleasure!
After many years, I finally went back, this time with my family. What a difference! Fast service even during the rush, everything served piping hot, no order mistakes, and the food quality was absolutely top-notch. The cheddar fries were generously topped, the sandwiches looked just like the pictures, the portions were very good, and the staff was professional and friendly.
In short, I'll definitely be seeing less of the big yellow M if I repeat this experience.
The only slight drawback is that it would be nice to be able to order cheddar bacon fries with chicken, but honestly, it doesn't really change much about the experience.
