I came to eat on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. I took an order at the terminal at 1:05 p.m. and I waited 25 minutes for the order to be ready. And I was told that my fries would be served later. This is not possible... we should perhaps put in a little more staff and above all competent ones... otherwise remove the terminals because the preparation of the order does not follow. It's a shame 🤷
On vacation in Rouen, we came to this Quick out of nostalgia for our sweet youth.
Apart from some hygiene concerns due to the crowds (it's not their fault but some people are big pigs who throw their trash on the ground) the staff is pleasant, for us it arrived hot, a fondant was missing with chocolate prepare very quickly. The manager apologized and asked us to be patient. Very good, very respectful team.
