She was very pleasant and attentive, apologized, and offered a discount on our order this evening. We truly appreciated her welcoming manner and how she took our feedback into account. Excellent service from the team tonight, we had a wonderful meal.

The problem is that the burgers are served lukewarm, and the fries are the same. I've only managed to get a hot meal twice in 12 months. The service is terrible; they're always in a rush, even when there are only three cars. It's unacceptable to serve cold food at that price. So I went back 15 days ago at the end of September 2026 with my mother and ate there. It's still the same: cold food, cold fries, and a cold burger. I asked an older woman at the register if she could heat up my burger, and she said no. She said if I wanted, I could leave it on the board with the burgers that were coming in, but that was it. So for €20, I get to eat cold food, while someone who pays €40 gets hot food, and if they have a loyalty card, they get a free meal. And then there's the long wait!! So I'll keep going to Aix-en-Provence, oh well, at least it's lively and they know how to keep their customers coming back. What's a shame is that even if they change managers, things don't improve. They must not take customer feedback into account to improve. Good luck 😏
