The Flat White was super good, nice and mild like I like it.

Certainly a nice place but don’t try to reach the reservation desk. They do not answer. An American restaurant with astonishing French quality of service!

Amazing all around. Delicious food and the atmosphere is 10/10. Don’t skip the dessert!

We are regular customers of this shop and restaurant. We spent 4,000 thousand euros in this shop only that day, but when we came to the restaurant and today in particular I didn't like it here: 2 not very well-mannered girls administrators told us to wait outside and it was quite cold and rainy there! And secondly, the bartender walked past the waiter pushed him very hard and didn't even apologize...it's not nice to watch. Please choose your service staff wisely.

They dont have Halal food but the vegi dishes are nice.

Ralph Lauren style restaurant, a so-called 'old money'. Perfect service and crazy atmosphere, with candlelight and wooden furniture. The dishes we took were average with quite high prices (burger at €33, schnitzel and mix of calamari, julienned courgettes and jalapeño). The table provided to us was close to the kitchen door. We had to endure the 'coming and going' of the waiters, with cutlery falling and waiters banging on my chair.

Prachtige locatie, toevallig ontdekt. Alles luxe en zeer sfeervol. Heerlijke voorgerechten. Helaas verkeerd gekozen hoofdgerechten. Burger en zeetong (had echt beter verwacht, dit leek wel gefrituurd). Als geheel 4 sterren omdat ik de prijs te duur vond voor de hoofdgerechten die dus tegen vielen.

Je suis allé au Ralph's au moins une fois par an ces dernières années et je suis malheureusement obligé de constater que la dégradation du service et de la carte sont désormais structurelles. Les lieux sont toujours aussi sublimes, c'est donc vraiment dommage que l'équipe en salle soit aussi peu formée : il faut tout demander plusieurs fois, attendre longuement. D'ailleurs notre table n'était pas prête à notre arrivée et nous nous sommes installés au bar (ça vaut le coup de réserver !). La carte est désormais réduite, il n'y a plus que deux burgers alors que ces plats typiquement américains faisaient le charme des lieux. En plus de cela, le choix de mon invitée n'était plus disponible. Dans la foulée, le serveur a tenté une blague sur sa copine, qui à mon sens n'a pas vraiment sa place quand on pratique ce type de prix (plus de 60 euros par personne pour un cocktail, un burger et une Evian). Bref, il y a d'autres belles cours d'hôtels particuliers rive gauche, il va falloir les essayer.
