Ralph's sur Paris

Unfortunately, we had hoped to enjoy a lunch with you again today at 12:30 based on official news that we would be able to come and go from our hotel near Champs Elysées. We made the reservation in person yesterday, so no email confirmation sent to us. Repeated phone calls were made without success. I found one email address on the restaurant webpage for events registration, so I sent an email. My wife did manage to leave you a voice mail as well, by calling your store.

An incredible spot right in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful courtyard. Good service, everything was very fresh. A great place to stop after a shopping spree at Le Bon Marché. 🧸❤️

We came here twice during our two-week visit - the first time was amazing and the second was terrible and cringy. It’s so easy to be nice and respectful to guests, especially when paying $100+ per person, and they missed tonight. Our dinner earlier this week was so wonderful and the team was first-class. We enjoyed a beautifully prepared Filet Mignon and Veal cutlet. The mashed potatoes were perfect and the salad was great. We thought - let’s go back because we know it’s good … big mistake. On our second visit, the waitress was unfriendly, unengaged, and just no fun. They delivered a well-done overcooked steak (who orders that in Paris??) and then took 15 minutes to refire and deliver - I literally ate by myself … and then they made zero attempt to make it a win for anyone. Customer service is dead here. This is a tourist trap. Don’t go.

Fantastic atmosphere outdoors. Interior, tableware and service were impeccable! The food was good, especially the mashed potatoes were exceptional! The tenderloin was tender and good, a little too hard crust, lovely broccolini and good ranch fries. Romantic and cozy with candlelight.

Excellent restaurant. Chic and true to the RL style. The only downside is the rather reserved welcome, especially when you clearly don't look the part to the woman in charge of seating the tables... ☹️☹️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Please remind her that she doesn't own the restaurant, she works there, and her attitude is the face of the establishment. In response to the team's review, arriving without a reservation doesn't change anything! The issue wasn't whether or not you had a reservation, but rather the attitude of your server, which is the problem. When she speaks to you without looking at you, then leaves muttering to herself, and then when she has to seat a more "European" couple next to you and she's literally radiant when she speaks to them... it's a lot of presumption. The quality of your products and the professionalism of the waitstaff did improve your score a little. But we'll keep that to ourselves as customers of RL...

Reservations are usually required, but I arrived without one at sunset. Their food is delicious and the place is inviting. I recommend visiting their shop next door; you'll be amazed by the selection! 😍

I love Ralph’s Paris. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and the ambiance is spectacular. I always have a lovely time when I have the pleasure of dining there.

Ralph's is definitely one of the places I'd want to visit again in Paris. Located inside the Ralph Lauren store in Saint-Germain, the restaurant makes you feel the brand's world as soon as you step inside. Moreover, the building dates back to the 17th century; the restaurant's courtyard was once an area for horses and carriages. Today, it boasts a calm, elegant, and timeless atmosphere in the heart of Paris. Ralph's opened in 2010 and is Ralph Lauren's first restaurant in Europe. The menu is based more on classic American flavors that Ralph Lauren loves, rather than French cuisine. Our choices included the crispy starter and chicken salad pictured in the photos. The chicken salad, in particular, was delicious despite its simple appearance. Every detail, from the sauces served with the dishes to the presentations and the plates themselves, is meticulously prepared. The service was also on par with the restaurant's elegance. I think what makes this place great isn't just the food; it's how they've transformed the Ralph Lauren aesthetic into the dining experience. From the white tablecloths to the porcelain, from the decor to the service, everything feels like part of the same story. It's definitely a great choice for a long lunch after shopping in Saint-Germain, or for a more special evening. Add it to your Paris list and don't miss it, especially if you can find a seat in the courtyard on nice days. 🤍

210 euros for 2 is too much for a small starter, a burger and a bottle of Côtes du Rhône (even a Coudoulet)

Amazing place! Everyone should go here! Best cheeseburger EVER.
