The property is absolutely beautiful — a charming Provençal house surrounded by peaceful greenery, with a terrace that invites you to slow down and simply enjoy the moment. Breakfast was truly a pleasure: great variety, high-quality ingredients, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere across the hotel feels warm yet elegant, and the service deserves special mention. The team is attentive without being intrusive — friendly, professional, and naturally welcoming. One of the highlights of the stay is the restaurant led by Mathias Dandine. The cuisine is exceptional, and knowing that many ingredients come directly from the hotel’s own vegetable garden makes the experience feel even more authentic and special. Overall, this is a place with real character — beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, and a team that makes you feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly come back.

A beautiful country house with a slightly old-fashioned charm (in the best sense of the word), offering a chic country feel. The restaurant, of exceptional quality (deservedly awarded a Michelin star – special mention for the contemporary rum baba), enhances the experience. A delight to share, taking full advantage of Gémenos' location, which makes it easy to explore the area between the eastern Bouches-du-Rhône and the Var.

A wonderful evening at this establishment. The staff were very friendly. A beautiful Provençal farmhouse, and we were able to chat with the chef the following morning after a delicious meal at the restaurant in the evening. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I can only give a thumbs up for the Sunday brunch... it's a real treat with products that are a welcome change from your average brunch, all in a cozy setting. The service is impeccable. The price reflects that, of course 😉

We had a wonderful weekend at this authentic Provençal hotel. The welcome and service were perfect. We opted for the tasting menu (from the amuse-bouches to the unforgettable rum baba) and the following day we enjoyed the Sunday brunch, where the products were of very high quality and varied; the selection was truly comprehensive. The room, with its terracotta tiles, was superb in this grand building. Thank you, we will be back.
