Pleasant place, the staff is welcoming and the dishes are qualitative, the price being average for this type of place. To be done again with pleasure on occasion
After seeing the dish of the day at the brasserie in Sault, a ham with fried shallot sauce for €13, we stopped there this lunchtime by bike. Mixed results. The dish of the day was grilled porchetta with herbs, vegetables, fried salad. About €3 more for almost the same as in Sault, without any sauce this time. It wasn't bad at all but it looked very much like a big industry production. Nitrite meat unwrapped, spiced and quickly grilled, frozen fries, salads and some princess beans. Are there no more cooks in France? However, the staff, who were very friendly, seemed to evoke a vegetable garden. We save preparation time, and I lose time in evaluation. It's not bad but it really doesn't break the bank at the posted price. Too bad, the place is nice, the staff too. We expect more authenticity, friends. Homemade fries, local meats, a little sauce.
