Relais Saint Vincent sur Ligny-Le-Chatel

Nous sommes arrivés dans un endroit charmant accueillis par un homme sympathique. Une fois bien installés nous avons découvert un menu qui mets en avant les producteurs locaux. Les gougères servies à l’apéritif sont les meilleurs jamais mangées. De l’entrée au dessert les assiettes sont bien remplies. Nous n’avons eu aucunes déceptions. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.

On a recent trip, we spent a night at Relais Saint-Vincent in Ligny-le-Châtel. We really enjoyed this accommodation and in particular the evening restaurant. The cuisine is in traditional gastronomy mode, tasty and generous, with good wine... An address to remember... Night and breakfast 143 euros - Dinner in E/P/D and wine 122 euros

Excellent address, family atmosphere, excellent value for money. The accommodation, the restaurant, the comfort, the decoration, the welcome, the humor of the owner, the setting and the village deserve five stars: truly faultless. Another Logis Hôtel that will join our favorites. To do and redo. Our dog was also wonderfully welcomed.

Delicious Meurette Eggs. Perfect cooking of the piece of beef. Gigantic Profiteroles. Everything was perfect. Except....no home fries.

Passing for one night, we wanted to discover the chef's cuisine in this hotel with spacious rooms. Certainly the cuisine is well done and traditional despite everything the welcome from the host leaves something to be desired, an egocentric character not willing to accompany the customer so that he can have a pleasant evening. Fortunately a more cheerful waitress enhanced this atmosphere.

Very good hotel with historical buildings in a suitable location relative to Chablis. What makes the house highly praiseworthy is Madame's impeccable kitchen skills: Burgundian cuisine at its best - a reason in itself to come back!

Adorable hosts, a charming establishment, refined cuisine, a picturesque village stretching along the Serein, the Pautigny abbey church 3km away, everything was in tune for a perfect weekend. Well done and thank you.
