The first time my husband and I dined here. An intimate atmosphere, a very pleasant and professional waiter, and cuisine like few others. I can still taste the delicious flavor. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We will gladly return.

Valentine's Day meal. The pan-seared foie gras was undercooked. The wait for dessert was ridiculous, and other customers arrived after us and were already served. A major organizational problem.
It's a shame because overall the meal was good.

We booked a last-minute table at this restaurant last night.
The welcome was absolutely delightful and very professional. Excellent service.
The meal was high-quality and very traditional. If you enjoy authentic, generous cuisine, you've come to the right place. We ordered two tournedos, one of which was Rossini, and two desserts to complement our culinary experience. We started with two glasses of rosé champagne as an aperitif, a glass of red wine to accompany my husband's tournedos, and sparkling water. We each ordered one dessert. We found the prices perhaps a tad high, €180 for two. The wait between courses was a little long, but the waiter explained it very well, as everything is made to order, and my husband ordered the chef's selection of desserts (both were extremely generous).
A small suggestion: we would have appreciated it if the amuse-bouche had been served with the aperitif. We received the amuse-bouche as soon as we arrived, and by the time we had taken our order, we had nothing left. But that's just a minor detail.
As for the ambiance, I think the decor is what's letting it down a bit, as everything is in shades of gray and gray-green. The rose under a glass dome, looking a bit dusty on the table, doesn't exactly scream "high-quality." It clashes with the warm, welcoming food and the friendly service. The table we were at was near the bar, which didn't really allow for conversation because there's always activity behind the bar where the bills are taken and the servers are working. I should mention, though, that they kindly offered us another table. But does that table have to stay there? The restaurant is small, and we understand that every seat counts. But on the other hand, you have a lot of round and oval tables, and they take up a lot of space. (That's the interior designer in me speaking.)

Overall, a wonderful discovery for this restaurant and a perfect Christmas gift. The cuisine is very refined with beautiful presentation. A magnificently presented scallop crown; everything was truly delicious and original.
Another plus was the very soft background music, allowing us to dine without having to raise our voices to be heard.
However, we were quite disappointed by the rather dated decor: gray tablecloths, gray wall hangings, gray curtains—the whole place really needs a makeover and a refresh!
As for the service, it could have been more attentive and elegant, considering the price of the gourmet meal: the bill was placed on the table without us asking for it, when we had barely finished dessert. We were speechless…a real shame.

Our first experience at this establishment, even though we live in Saint-Germain.
Well, the question on our minds as we left was:
Why did we wait so long to walk through the door and discover this restaurant?
Admittedly, it's a bit pricey, but that's for a full meal. It's not meant to be your everyday haunt, but you have the right to, and you can, enjoy it.
What I want to say is that we had an excellent evening, from the welcome to the meal and the service.
We greatly appreciated the taste and presentation of the dishes.
And yes, I'm not a food critic, I don't work for the famous Michelin Guide, but according to my own criteria, I was satisfied that I got my money's worth and met my expectations: I was delighted with the dishes, both visually and in terms of taste. My wife was very satisfied with her evening and enjoyed her birthday dinner.
I wasn't sold a Michelin-starred dream; I was sold a meal with good ingredients, well prepared and beautifully presented, and that's exactly what we got.
So, thank you very much for that.
We will most certainly return to enjoy the new menu.

A lovely discovery, delicious food and generous portions. Friendly service and welcome.
The only downside was being asked for the bill at the table! I would have preferred to pay on the way out.
