Restaurant a la Truite sur Lautenbachzell

We had a very pleasant time; the terrace is lovely and the food was excellent. However, while we obviously understood the reasons for some dishes being unavailable, informing them at the beginning would have saved us from having to change our order three times before being placed. This wasted time for the staff and wasted the customers' excitement over an unavailable dish. I think this oversight was due to fatigue and the heat, which put the staff under immense strain this summer. Congratulations to them for persevering and providing a pleasant experience for their customers.

Bike ride to the "trout port" and lunch break! Excellent cuisine where fish reigns supreme... extremely cheerful and friendly welcome from Marine who runs the terrace and takes you on a culinary cruise. Quick, friendly, and humorous service. Regis

We had a wonderful time on the terrace enjoying fried carp and wood-fired grilled meats to celebrate one of my children's 20th birthdays. Thank you to the whole team!

Hello to the whole team, what more can I say than everything was simply perfect!!!! The service is always top-notch, a beautiful establishment, I highly recommend it.

We had a very good meal here; the dish of the day was beef served with ratatouille and potatoes. We were just passing through and we weren't disappointed. Thank you to Marine and the young waitress!

It's always a great pleasure to come back here and share this place with others. Never disappointed, and I can't wait to come back!

Excellent service! Excellent food!

The trout restaurant is a restaurant I discovered today, and a warm, quiet place with a lovely terrace, with two very pleasant, attentive, and friendly waitresses. The trout is an excellent deal, and we also discovered that they also cook meat over a wood fire; this will be my next visit because the pieces of beef were beautiful.

Nice restaurant and great service and food. We were with a group of 8 persons and we enjoyed it very much.

The chef is very generous! Very hearty and delicious! The best trout in the region and delicious fried carp. Don't hesitate to ask for a doggy bag on your way out. It would be a shame to leave without!
