Lunch on the terrace. Calf's head, calf's liver with rösti, and a homemade vacherin glacé to finish. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Very pleasant service and a reasonable wait time.
A Sunday apart from the wait [it was long just for the aperitif], but the rest made us forget the wait; it was delicious, the service was top-notch and friendly, we will gladly return
An excellent choice!
At L'Aigle restaurant, everything comes together for a truly delicious and welcoming experience.
The welcome was impeccable from the moment we arrived, with a charming, smiling, and attentive waitress. The owner, who also works in the kitchen, regularly came to our table with a genuine desire to please—a rare and much appreciated commitment.
As for the food, it was flawless. The snails and the lamb's lettuce salad with bacon were perfectly executed. Special mention goes to the boneless carp fillets, cut into beautiful, thick pieces: perfectly crispy, not greasy, and incredibly delicate—a real treat.
The Bordelaise ribeye steak was equally remarkable: cooked to perfection rare, the meat flavorful and beautifully grilled. The side dishes, with their three vegetables, were also expertly prepared and seasoned to perfection.
In short: generous traditional cuisine elevated to new heights, attentive service, and a true passion for the craft. A must-visit address that we recommend without hesitation.
