13/09/2026: I'm hospitalized at Port Royal and I've had lunch there several times since the beginning of summer. The name of the place didn't lead me to expect such a varied restaurant (fish, meat, mussels, charcuterie, cheeses, etc.). It's good, fresh, and the service is very pleasant. And what's more, the beer is very cold 😊😊

The interior of the restaurant perfectly reflects the ambiance. In winter, it feels like a mountain chalet. It's very cozy.
After-work drinks are available almost every day.
The various sausage dishes are flavorful.
The flammekueches are good, not thick, crispy, but not dry in my opinion.
The hamburgers are generously topped.
The fries are homemade, but a little too greasy.
For 4 people, including 4 appetizers, 4 main courses, 4 drinks, and 4 desserts, the total came to €130.
I recommend it.

10/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Le Bon Vivant. The food was delicious and the service was truly excellent. A big thank you to the waiter for his kindness, smile, and pleasant service. We happily recommend this place and will definitely return!
27/08/2026: A very good restaurant in a busy, touristy area. Their cordon bleu, especially the one with Munster cheese, is to die for and has made us fall in love with this dish again! Other very good specialties include the excellent potato galette.

08/09/2026: We had a light lunch and a cold drink on a hot day. Both were amazing! The wedges were some of the best we have ever had. The drinks cold and hit the spot.The burgers looked amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Music in the background wasn't loud and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely come again when in Lyon.

15/09/2026: I just ordered from Deliveroo and the kebab meat was tough as rubber. It's my first time ordering from them, and I don't recommend them.

Everything is delicious, the portions are incredibly generous, and the price is more than justified.
The original recipes are a hit (Dettermann and Garnier are excellent), with a vegetarian option and even a "salad-tomato-onion" option for the boomers.
The interior is okay, it's a kebab after all, but I highly recommend it.

12/07/2025: A delicious Black Forest cake. Absolutely delicious! I went twice just to buy some. It was so good. Not too sweet, with tart cherries, fresh cream, good dark chocolate, and a super tasty, crunchy biscuit base. It was only afterward that I learned the owner was closing. He told me, "It's old age." I wish him a happy retirement.
05/07/2025: Disappointing experience – sadly not like it used to be
I've known this restaurant for several years and always enjoyed eating German food here. It's ideally located near the Comédie-Française.
Unfortunately, my visit today, my second in just a few months, was once again a huge disappointment. The food was so bad that I couldn't finish my plate. The meat was completely overcooked, and the lentils were hard and inedible. I paid 40 euros and left without finishing my meal. It's truly a shame to see how much the quality has declined.

We received a very warm welcome.
The meal was delicious and the wines were excellent.
The family thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
We highly recommend this restaurant; it's well worth a visit.
11/08/2026: Deserted, there were four of us, the meal was simple, even simplistic, the rosé was served over ice, and the staff were practically invisible; in fact, we didn't order dessert. A shame.
