A truly wonderful discovery! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of refined and sophisticated cuisine. In the kitchen, Frédéric offers highly elaborate dishes, crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu is bursting with creativity, featuring combinations that may seem intriguing on paper, but prove to be as surprising as they are delicious on the plate. You can sense a genuine passion, a great deal of skill, and above all, a desire to share new flavors. In the dining room, Frédérique welcomes us with great warmth and contributes fully to making the experience enjoyable. All this in a magnificent setting, on a charming little green square that adds immense character to the place. This is a restaurant that truly deserves to be discovered, especially if you appreciate beautiful presentation and culinary experiences that are out of the ordinary. This lovely husband and wife team have created something really special. Tucked away in a peaceful square Agastache is a hidden gem. The welcome was warm and genuine and you can feel the passion and care they put into every aspect of the restaurant. The food was simply outstanding, creative, beautifully presented and packed with fresh seasonal flavours. Every dish was memorable and it was clear that everything is prepared with real attention to detail. It’s the kind of place that feels intimate and personal, where you’re never rushed and can simply relax & enjoy ☺️ Highly recommended!
