A quintessential French dining experience. The chef and his wife running the front of the house are well deserving of the recent enthusiastic Gault-Millau write up and the accolades of other recent reviewers. Emphasizing local and regional products, and showing confident and original preparations, the chef delivers a delightful meal. Perfectly seared fois gras and a clever veal tartare with preserved lemon and tarragon were starters, and then a robust plate offering seared lamb chops and braised lamp shoulder followed. Portions are generous, so we passed on the otherwise seductive desserts.
Prices are fair for the quality of the food, and the wine list is sufficient. Gracious, unpretentious service. A delight to be able to wander up to one of the six cheerful rooms for the night after a great meal.
Highly recommended.

We came for lunch as a group of eight to celebrate a birthday on Sunday, March 22nd, at noon to this charming inn with a splendid view of Lake Soustons. Charlène, wife of Thomas, the chef, gave us a warm welcome. The asparagus-themed menu that day was absolutely delicious, as was the three-course menu with its incredible flavors. Despite the number of guests, Charlène took excellent care of us, explaining each dish, which was fresh, generous, and very well prepared. We also appreciated her excellent advice on our wine and champagne choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this inn, run by this charming, motivated, and dynamic young couple.

This isn't my first time visiting this magnificent lakeside location. But tonight, what a joy it was to have the chance to savor the "Asparagus Festival" menu. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, Chef Thomas elevated the asparagus to new heights. A bold, creative, and delicious meal. Pure bliss. I also want to thank Charlene for her professionalism, her kindness, her smile, and all the explanations she provided during my meal. See you very, very soon!

This restaurant is ideally located on the shores of Lake Soustons. The cuisine is inventive, the cooking is perfect, and the service is excellent. Special mention goes to the asparagus menu, which is an absolute must-try.
