A very pleasant surprise, cuisine based on fresh, well-prepared ingredients. Impeccable, dynamic, and efficient service. Just look at the fact that it's fully booked every day with reservations required to understand that this is one of the best restaurants in the area... venture a little further afield to discover this gem! Oh, and I almost forgot: the daily menu is fantastic for 17 euros!!!

Restaurant in Soustons where we were spending our holidays, very warm welcome, beautiful decor. We chose for our starter an asparagus velouté with morel cream and grilled foie gras cubes, excellent, then a fillet of spring sea bream with vegetables, Bouillabaisse jus, a very good dish. For dessert, I had the Swan with Blood Orange Cream, Suzette Sauce, Parisian-style Orange Blossom Sorbet, very tasty, and my partner had a generous cheese plate.
