It is a restaurant with few tables, they call it bistronomico. We tasted monkfish medallions, tasty. Iberian plum and suckling lamb, delicious. The desserts are exquisite

A restaurant that I highly recommend. It all starts with a very warm welcome and then continues with an excellent meal. The products are of quality, generous quantities, all perfectly cooked by the chef (very friendly too). A very good value for money. You have to make a reservation to be sure of having a table... La part des Anges is a little corner of paradise in Souston. You can go there, it's a safe bet.

Repas offert par ma belle fille et mon fils pour nos anniversaires plus anniversaire de mariage . Vraiment excellent , copieux et délicat. Avec un service de toutes les attentions et souriant. Nous sommes vraiment ravis , c'était une première fois , je pense qu'il y en aura d'autres . Un grand merci 👍
