La Part des Anges sur Soustons

Restaurant in Soustons where we were spending our holidays, very warm welcome, beautiful decor. We chose for our starter an asparagus velouté with morel cream and grilled foie gras cubes, excellent, then a fillet of spring sea bream with vegetables, Bouillabaisse jus, a very good dish. For dessert, I had the Swan with Blood Orange Cream, Suzette Sauce, Parisian-style Orange Blossom Sorbet, very tasty, and my partner had a generous cheese plate.

Fantastic sophisticated French food, with well-balanced, well-thought-out flavors. Service by the Mrs. was great and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
