Restaurant Auberge de la baie sur Pontorson

Great little hotel close to Mt. Saint Michel. We stayed for one night and walked to the Mont in the morning. Staff was very friendly and recommended us a route and when we had to leave to see the tide roll in. We opted for the 9€ breakfast and it was definitely worth that price. Great croissants and fresh bread. There is a public footpath across a sheep pasture which will take you right up the bridge. We needed about an hour to walk from the hotel to Mt St Michel. There are some stunning views along the way so I would recommend taking this route. Overall, this is the perfect location to stay if you want to visit Mont Saint Michel.

Very close to the famous photo spot and in the morning you can see how the shepherd dog drives the sheep into the field.

Excellent location, and ample parking. Unfortunately, the rooms are aging and deserve to be refreshed. Breakfast has very little variety. The price is a little too high for the quality of the establishment.

Ideal for the location near Mont Saint Michel

The hotel benefits from an exceptional location, a stone's throw from green meadows offering a breathtaking view of Mont Saint Michel, accessible on foot for lovers of walks in these magical landscapes of Normandy. The double room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a high quality bed, ensuring a pleasant stay. The value for money is excellent, which will make me return and recommend it. At night, the structure feels a bit like a secluded American motel, and closer restaurants are a short drive away. The attentive and courteous staff welcomed me warmly despite my early arrival.

Very nice hotel, nothing to complain about. Except that against the exterior wall of our room there were 5 air conditioning motors. The management offered us a change of room.

Perfect stay for visiting Mont Saint-Michel. You can walk from the hotel.

Nice residence in front of Mont Saint Michel, which can be easily reached on foot in about 30 minutes of walking in the fields. Spacious and clean room, good breakfast. Large free parking. Advised!
