Restaurant Bagatelle sur Hautvillers

Ideally located, not far from the Milesium (concert hall). The rooms are outdated, the carpet is dirty, there's no light in the toilet, the flush button doesn't work, the skylight blind is broken and has been replaced with a curtain, it's close to the road and the soundproofing isn't great.... The bread is frozen and there isn't enough for breakfast.... Breakfast is expensive for what's offered....

A place where you eat very well, a very warm place and above all, great encounters

We were a motorcycle stopover, three of us for two days. The hotel's location isn't visually appealing, but it's very well-situated, as it's at a crossroads, a stone's throw from Hautvillers, Epernay, and the road back to Reims. The parking lot is large for parking, and the hotel, being somewhat isolated at the end of a commercial area, is undoubtedly a good solution for motorcyclists. The big highlight is the welcome, which is very warm and professional. The staff is attentive to their guests; this is rare enough to be worth noting, as value doesn't depend on the number of stars. As for the hotel, it's in good condition, but again, it's stated from the outset that a renovation is underway, and indeed, there is work underway to renovate the rooms. What I appreciated was that this was mentioned from the outset. Nevertheless, we found the hotel quiet and the bedding comfortable. Good value for money and a special mention for the service. Once properly renovated, the hotel will be very good.
